An interesting side effect of this grouping is that you can instantly spot the spammers. They’ll post the same message fifty or sixty times. Since who2twitter groups tweets based on the author, you can easily scroll past and get to something useful.
http://afritwitter.com is another god site for finding people you may want to follow.
