Google released a screen capturing solution for chrome user which have highlighting, redacting and adding text support on capturing images. This tool presently supports capturing visible content, capturing region and capturing whole page.

Using external software there lot of editing option but yet this extension is helpful for normal capturing on the way of browsing…..
I just use manual print screen =)
