From July 29, 2010 onwards, Indian PayPal account holder will only be able to request for a cheque withdrawal of funds from their PayPal account.

However, in order to give compensation for this lose, PayPal will refund the $5 USD cheque withdrawal fee to Indian users for cheque withdrawals made on July 29, 2010 onwards.
To request for a cheque withdrawal:
- Log into your PayPal account, click on ‘Withdraw‘.
- Click on the ‘Request a cheque from PayPal‘ link.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and select your mailing address, then click ‘Continue‘.
- Click ‘Submit‘ to confirm your request.
PayPal always done something wrong to Indian users but we still use their service despite their high converting rate and limited facility than any other country users because we yet to have a good alternative of PayPal.
