Way To Stop Google Following You

Google follow us using browser cookie. Each time, we browse a site that have Adsense program on  their site, Google put a cookie on our browser. This way Google gather data about our visiting interest. If we usually visit gadget related site then Google will put gadget related ads even we visit a cricket site. This way Google help advertiser to get there targeted audience and publisher to earn more money. This all sounds good.

The problem is to archive behavior targeting ads Google actually steal our privacy, which has drawn criticism from privacy advocates and some members of Congress. This made Google rethink there policy. They make a preference option available for visitor to control over ads like they did for  their search engine.

That’s why I called Google team smart and smarter than Microsoft. Microsoft starts things but then forget about it. That’s another story. The moral thing is now you able to control your ads. If you want to read about cookie tracking then go here.
