Few days ago, we shared a tutorial to install Windows 7 using USB Pen Drive but that process need some advance user knowledge thought it instructed in easy to learn step-by-step method. If you don’t love to work with command prompt commands and ask for more easy method then the following tutorial will help you to create a bootable Windows 7 USB Drive even when you use Windows XP.
We need two thing here:
1. An ISO image of Windows 7(Learn How To Create An ISO Image?)
2. Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool[download]
Step 1: Run Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool(you should install it first) and select windows 7 ISO image.

Step 2: Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool let you choose two media type – USB & DVD. Choose right one. Here we selected USB media type to move further.

Step 3: If you have more than one USB device attached with system then choose right one(should be a formatted blank USB device).

Step 4: Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool will start the coping process now.

The process is pretty fast and you should get a bootable Windows 7 USB Drive within few minute. To install Windows 7 using USB Pen Drive, you need to choose right boot option in your system BIOS.
You can use Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to copy Visual Studio 2010 ISO image into USB.

I have a new Vaio VPCYB16KG notebook and I wanted to change the OS. This notebook has no optical drive so I can’t use installation disks. The instructions you provided (including “Learn How To Create An ISO Image?” link) were simple to follow and worked perfectly 8)
did anybody hear something about wintobootic? seems to be a great tool.
I will test this app and write about it if look good enough.
@Jubo: thanks for the hint. I tested the tool and it’s great especially to burn my WinPE images to the pendrive. I donated some money
@Author: probably you can rewrite the article or write a new one. Because the tool looks very good.
