I downloaded and tried the BETA version of Photo Director, sent in my comments before the June deadline. Although I have received other emails and correspondence from Cyberlink regarding this issue they never sent me the full version. While unable to find a telephone number that I can call them, emails have proved useless. They tell me I do not exist in their database and could never have received any emails from them.
Have you receive any confirmation email from them after sending the survey form? If not then there should be any email sending problem… I got the full version on the scheduled date, anyways wait for their next giveaways…..
