WakesupOnStandby – Save your electric bill

This is such a nice program. Remember my post ’5 Free Auto ShutDown Timer For Your PC’. This software is in the same genera but more powerful one. It cans make your system wake up in a predefined time (you PC must connected with power). The most amazing thing about it, is able to run a file and then again able to go on stand by mode.

How it save energy?

Suppose you are defragmenting your system. Most of us do it at night as it take time. However we are all sleepy, so we make an alarm in our gadget and then wake up to shut down our PC. So it is better to use this program to schedule your defragment time and make your PC standby again after completing the work. So you can save some energy of your and your state.

If you yet think what should I not use other shut down timer then I have another cause for you. It able to run a file so you can make it an alarm clock for your morning rising. Obviously you wouldn?t want your computer turning on at 8AM on weekends, but luckily, there are options to allow the wake up every week, every 2,3 or 4 weeks, on user selected days.
