Though we used to see 7-inch tablet device from different manufacturer most of the time this day but Zync goes other way and now launched Zync Z1000, which come with a bigger 9.7 inch display along with 3G support. This Android tablet runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box that can be upgraded to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean later.
Zync Z1000 Android Tablet
Zync Z1000 going to be yet another cost effective Android device option for those who are very tight in budget but yet want a tablet device to make their life little easier digitally. The tablet device that runs on Android 4.0 ICS sports a 9.7-inch IPS panel display that support 1024×768 pixels screen resolution.
Zync Z1000 powered by a 1.5GHz Cortex A8 processor. To run OS and apps smoothly the tablet rely on a healthy 1GB of RAM. To support video calling Zync Z1000 comes with a 0.3 megapixel front camera; there is also a 2 megapixel camera at rear side.
For storage Zync Z1000 tablet feature a 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to additional 32GB via microSD slot. A SIM card slot, mini HDMI port and two micro USB ports are also there to assist users. However, no GPS facility included in Zync Z1000 but navigation can be done through cellular network.

According to Ashish Garg, director, Zync Global, “This is our first attempt of launching a tablet with a multi-touch HD display, with a higher screen resolution and face-unlocking feature. As of now, the product is running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich but it can be upgraded onto the latest Android 4.1 Jellybean platform in the coming months.”
Zync Z1000 is now available for Rs. 10,990 acroos India. People can also buy it from online retail shop such as Flipkart and Homeshop18. Those who buy this tablet will receive freebies worth Rs 1,350 which include a lycra pouch, screen protector, pair of earphones and 1 month subscription for BigFlix.
