2 Ways to Enable or Disable Autorun for Removable Media in Windows 7
Windows 7 by default come with good security feature and one of this is disabled Autorun function. Autorun is quiet useful feature when it introduced in earlier version of Windows but cyber criminal exploit this handy feature and use that function as a way to take over control on effected system. Due to this earlier I made a list on “10 Best free tools to protect you from Autorun.Inf File Viruses” but if some of you still want to get back Autorun feature and want to bypass autoplay feature on removable device then I share 2 ways here to do that.
Way 1
1. Click on Start button and then type gpedit.msc on search box and press enter.
2. A new window will come. Now browse Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Autoplay Policies ->Turn off Autoplay.

3. Double click on Turn off Autoplay it will come up with a new window. Click on disable radio button to enable Autorun feature or do vice versa to disable it.

Way 2
1. Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> AutoPlay.

2. To enable Autorun uncheck ‘Use Autoplay for all devices‘ and Click Save or do vice versa to disable it.
