Rediscover your RSS feed to boost it

RSS now this day get important to blogger. Not only it shows the site authentication but also help you to monetize. After declaration on allowing ads on feed by Adsense, blogger really take it seriously. Usually we use FeedBurner. It is well known that FeedBurner never show accurate record of your feed reader. There are many facts behind this and one of the most worried is unverified email subscription. You can check your unverified email subscriber using following steps:

1. Open your side feed

2. Click on “See more about your subscriber”

3. Then find “FeedBurner Email Subscription” from the list and click on it.

4. Now click on “Manage Your Email Subscriber List”

5. Scroll down and you will able to see the table where you can find those lazy visitors.

Now what to do? Its good idea to email them. I know there is a plugin for this but that was for old FeedBurner and not work with new Google acquired FeedBurner. So just Export the CSV file located over the table and use it to send them an email. It will be good idea to send them email via Gmail to stop them go to junk folder. You can use the following email template to send email to those unverified subscribers.

I noticed that you tried to subscribe via email to Blog Name. Apparently, though, you forgot to confirm the subscription by clicking on a link that was sent on a followup email titled “Activate your Email Subscription to: Blog Name“.

If you still have this email (check the spam box) you just need to open it and click on the link. If you lost the email you will need to head up to the Blog Address site and redo the subscription process.
