When I first see tinyurl, I was very happy due to it’s flexibility to make URL short and the technique vastly use now a days. If you are a twitter user you might observe your long URL automatically converted shortest one to fit it on there word count limit. This is the good sight of this technique.
But now a day’s hacker, cracker and all those hateful people use this technique to forward you to an annoying site. So it’s better to check out that tiny URL without clicking on it.
