DIY Cybercrime Kits price now dropped and those are now cheap than ever. As a result, cyber world getting new and new criminal everyday who trying their luck to make some quick dollar by making others fool or by using others emotion.
DIY Cybercrime Kits generally come in a price range of $400 to $700 but now it’s available more cheaply and that really increase the phishing attack than before. I usually get more than one email in my personal email address dailywith a subject line your parcel not delivered please collect it and also come with a zip file which contain malicious tool. Thanks to my Avast Home Edition which always protect me from this.
As reported by Enterprise Security Today, the faked messages invariably ask the recipient to click on a Web link and doing so infects the PC with a banking Trojan, a malicious program designed to steal financial account logons. That not the end, this tool often turned the PC into a “bot”: The attacker silently takes control and uses it to send out more phishing e-mail.
“Indeed, newbie cybercrooks and veterans alike are using DIY kits to carry out phishing campaigns at an accelerated rate, security researchers say. They’ve been blasting out fake e-mail messages crafted to look like official notices from UPS, FedEx or the IRS; or account updates from Vonage, Facebook or Microsoft Relevant Products/Services Outlook; or medical alerts about the H1N1 flu virus.”
So, beware before clicking any web address or opening any zip file send to you from unknown sender. I suggest you to make a search with sender email id or with subject line on your favorite search engine to gather more information about the sender.
