Even though this website is very helpful, I am not able to make my account here. When ever i register, I don’t get an conformation email and they keep saying that they wont allow me to login till i click on the conformation link.

I don’t know what happen to you. I get a confirmation link instantly. If you using yahoo.co.in as your mail provider then you have to wait sometime because as per my knowledge yahoo is not good as email service on regional domain.

Does it add to any extra CPU usage by continually monitoring the sites? This can be a problem on those sites that use shared hosting.
