If a brand suddenly lose its followers that means something happening wrong and brand owner have to find it and find a way to fix it but Twitter by default don’t have feature which let you know when someone unfollow you but do email user when reverse happen.

I can’t find any way to STOP these emails BTW; there’s no unsub link, no widget on their site to unsub, and they don’t respond (sadly) to tweets. Kinda lame.
