If you feel sorry when you see Aero effect on Windows Vista and Windows 7 while you not able to import that feature right on your XP, then this can be your solution. Mohamed Kamal (komalo) from deviantart release a new theme which allow you to feel the Aero effect right on your Windows XP.

Border Skin is a new free program that skins the windows borders by skins composed of png images with the support of 2 famous windows vista & 7 effects ( Blur and reflection )

This small utility (2MB)  does not require any kind of installation. The standalone .exe (only available for 32 bit system) file will silently sit in tray and do its job with tons of Aero themes. You can customize it’s work using option feature. It also help those whose system is not capable to use AERO effect while using Windows 7 and Vista (like Intel 915 chipset users).
