Convert images to its low-resolution copy with AS-Resampler

AS-Resampler is a free utility which help you to compress an image in its low resolution copy without effecting quality much. It reads all *.JPG files in the source directory, resamples them and saves them in the destination directory. If you want to keep aspect ratio then you must set either hight or width to 0.
