It was early 2004 when I first got my Desktop Computer. I actually order a custom design computer to one of my senior class mate Debda in installment. When he deliver the system, he told me he will replace the ownership information which by default showing his name after I complete the payment. That’s little bit annoying thing to me. I unable to see my name in my computer information. That really suck. However, after sometime I need to re-install the OS and on the way of installation I put my name.

I never had an internet connection on those days and I never though I can be a geek who can solve this. On those time I am an average computer user who spend lot of his time on Game. Don’t think I am going to advice you to re-install your whole system to change the ownership rather I am willing to inform you a little tweaking tool which can do this.

If you don’t know how to check ownership then write ‘Winver‘ in command line(Start->Run), alternatively you can go to your Control Panel and then open System Properties. Both this way you can able to gather your system ownership information.
