Blogging is a passion and blog is the platform to express your heart. Blogger use blog in many purpose, some use it for professional reason and some use it to express it. But blogging no longer going to be too easy for Indian Blogger as Supreme Court recently caught a blogger to express his view on political party Shiv Sena. Shiv Sena is a party which is known as a hard Hinduism follower and due to that they threat modern people many time to express there emotion. They think this practice will cloud Indian culture. Anyway in India, we believe in freedom of speech and anybody can practice there religion till it not harm others.

Let come back to our main topic. A 19 year old Kerala boy named Ajith D in Orkut founded a community against Shiv Sena. He expresses his view on that political party there. The boy was summoned by a court in Maharashtra on a criminal case filed against him.

Most bad thing is to send out this warning to the blogging community a Bench of Chirf Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice P Sathasivam refused to protect this boy.

The 19 years old blogger who is a Computer Science student too said that he had merely exercised his fundamental right to freedom of expression and speech while writing on blog and it could not be treated as offence. He also said there was a threat to his life if he appeared in court in Maharashtra.

We only can prey for this boy and Indian Blogger from now should review there written document before it goes public; especially on political issue. There is no more freedom of expression for Indian Blogger. May be it start with Political issue and goes to Technical Giant and so on.
