Nokia introduced a new brother for Nokia N97 as Nokia N97 mini in Nokia World 2009 conference with several other model.

Nokia N97 mini is not much differ from N97 in term of size. It reduced to 3.2-inches from 3.5 and the whole look get little bit smaller. So there is no real difference between this two model. The different come when we see inside.

Nokia N97 mini come with much more improved software which have much more user friendly interface and the most significant one is Lifecasting with Ovi tool, which lets users post their location and status updates straight from the N97 mini. In addition, the device will come with loaded with a new version of Ovi Maps where you’ll be able to access content from Lonely Planet, Michelin and Wcities.

This S60 5th edition phone include QWERTY keyboard and fully customizable homescreen. Also featured 5-megapixel camera, 8GB of onboard memory with a microSD expansion slot, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

Available in quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) while boasting support for UMTS in two different tri-band configurations (850/1900/2100MHz and 900/1900/2100MHz) with HSDPA for high-speed connectivity.

This special smart phone will arrive on market later this October for 450 Euros before taxes and subsidies.

Note: Announced version does not support North American 3G bands. Hope will support in future as all other Nokia smart phone do.
