That means it only do full back up when run first time and after that it only copied new files and then merged it on destination. That will reduce the work time and memory use.

Things you should know:

If you want to back up a folder, then destination should be a folder. If you going to back up a volume then destination should be a volume. The smart detects algorithm may create some problem as it also delete file if you delete the source file. Suppose you delete the last meeting data from original destination after backup for security, when the back up run again, it will delete the back up file too.
