Silverlight Client for Facebook out and available for Windows & OS X
After the long wait Microsoft just release a Silverlight client to surf Facebook smoothly. Back in April 2009, the Redmond Company introduced an app called Silverface for Windows 7 but that amazing desktop client never released for public use. However, now Microsoft ready to washout those old news and now they introduced another amazing, faster desktop client for Facebook work on system that have Silverlight 4 installed.

This application brings together the many compelling platform capabilities of Silverlight 4 into a rich out-of-browser application in the familiar context of Facebook. Enjoy the photos, feeds, events, friends’ walls, and inbox mail from your Facebook account in an appealing and user-friendly environment.

Everybody wants to be on Facebook and it’s enough reason for developers to create apps or any programs to integrate it with.
Is this for Windows 7 client only? Really looks good. I will definitely have this as soon as I have Windows 7 in my PC.

If you have Silverlight 4 install in your XP then it will work there. No problem at all for me during testing.
