When should you make your blog dofollow? How it improve your PR?
If you are a blogger then you might already familiar with the word dofollow. As we all know by default Wordpress comment system is nofollow. It’s actually a way to discourage link spammers. We always try to spend our time to make a list of dofollow blog under our niche as commenting on it effect our PR (page rank); do you ever think the vice versa. Some really think that and they make their blog successful this way.
Now you might thinking how a dofollow blog can give your blog success! Here is your answer.
You spend lot of your valuable time to discover new dofollow blog. Like you there are several people who want to create their own index on dofollow blog. If you have a dofollow blog then your blog initially get a free marketing. Yes Jayce, people do sell your blog name without your attention. Dofollow blog get good value. You can search in Digital Point forum, there are too many thread on Dofollow website. It hard to answer the question but there are some big blogs out there (PR7 & PR6) which still are dofollow. When you make a blog dofollow you have to check the value of all comment and you have to introduce a system by which you can protect your blog from spammers.

Currently I am not planning to make my blog dofollow. Though I feel making the blog dofollow attracts a lot of commentators. Currently I am using Commentluv and it is bringing me a lot of commentators

I cant agree with your statement. From Matt cutt’s blog i came to know that making links nofollow cant retain link juice these days.
So far i learned, if your page contain 10 links, all your page rank point will divided into 10 part. if there are only 2 dofollow links only 2 parts will pass and others 8 parts of link juice will waste.
So i think being nofollow is an old model.
